Account of the Investigation

This investigation was unusual in that there were only the two of us, (along with our hosts). However, I think this is sometimes better as there are less distractions. We decided that instead of using our usual methods of set vigil times etc, we were just going to "wing it".

Sitting in the kitchen, Alison, picked up on a dog, scampering around. At about the same time, I noticed in the camcorder viewfinder, an orb at about the height that a dog would be.

Alison was then to pick up on a kindly older lady who seemed to be looking out the family. She was to give quite a few details that seemed to be ringing true with Sarah.

Mike asked me to sit in the lounge with the camera facing out towards the kitchen. As soon as I had sat down, quite an impressive orb appeared from the kitchen. Again, about a dog's height. Several orbs were captured in this location. All the while, Sarah kept hearing a knocking noise, coming from what appeared to be upstairs.

After a quick break we decided to head to the hallway at the bottom of the stairs. I noticed that my right side was fairly cold and pointed the temp gun at my leg. At my knee it was 29 degrees and slightly lower it was 24 degrees. I also got the feeling that someone was upstairs, watching. Another break and then upstairs. While standing there, pointing the camera down the hall, yet another impressive orb appeared.

Unfortunately, Mike and Sarah's baby started to wake, and, not wishing to cause anymore disruption to the household, we decided to finish our investigation.

Conclusion

A very enjoyable (albeit brief) investigation for me as I enjoy the smaller, more intimate, ones. Made even better, by our warm and friendly hosts. Is there something there? There is certainly enough that Alison could pick up on, and have verified.
I don't know, more investigation is required, with more time and more equipment.
Thank you Mike and Sarah.

Note

Since completing this investigation, we have been told that a clock on the hosts mantelpiece, which had not been working for a while, and which Alison and Sarah had been discussing, has since started working again!
